Day Care Service
An additional day care day was commenced in July 2011 with an extra 12 older people with dementia receiving a service on Wednesdays.

ANSWER House is hosting a monthly dementia cafe commencing Tuesday 10th. November from 1.00 until 4pm in partnership with Alzheimers Scotland, Carers of West Lothian and West Lothian Memory Clinic.
The Saturday Break was formed in April 1994 and has over the past fourteen years provided Day Care for older people with memory impairment every Saturday.
The Group now meets in ANSWER House Day Centre providing day care for 24 clients who live in the west of West Lothian.
The Group registered with the Care Commission in September 2006.
The Friday service is funded by donations, Trusts, renting the building and client fees.
The cook post is funded by Lloyds T.S.B. until April 2010.
The Day Care Service is headed up by Anne McConville assisted by May Weir and a team of around eighteen volunteers.
